I have 25 yrs experience in the construction industry,  I’m certified as a home inspector and fully trained and  licensed in radon and certified in mold,  and residential fire safety inspections .   We can provide our clients with a property fax report detailing any past issues to ensure accurate information on the history of  the home.

             On inspection day we will go through the inspection with our clients  present to ask questions and see any issues first hand. Any issues will be discussed on site so that the client has a full understanding of the condition of the property and any potential problems that may be found.

             Our reports incorporate all areas and systems of the home with digital photos and recommendations. The reports can  be emailed, faxed and/or mailed within 24 hours of inspection depending on the clients needs.
